Discover Sounds: David Fuglewicz – Sweetwater Dream
My composition, “Sweetwater Dream” was done for Tapegerm.com’s 10 Year Celebration project. There are really two parts, because it uses loops that I composed using the Prodigious vst. Those loops were improvised on my computer keyboard and I really like what I had done. It kind of reminded me of work I had done quite some time ago with my analog synthesizer, an ARP 2600. I used many other loops from the project pool at Tapegerm and the full loop credit list is: Blind Mime Infection, Carpet Glue Unlimited, Coruscate2, Grunt, Heuristics Inc., Jesus Crash My Soft Synth, Loopy Spiderz, Mentally Anguished, resonan, and SoLaRiS. I used Acid 3.0 to assemble everything and that’s about it.

We reached out to 100 or so of our closest recording artist friends to make an mp3 CD of music and discussions around the making of each track. The full album is available as a free download on the Internet Archive. An index is HERE on GAJOOB linking to pages of discussions. Discussions Vol. 2 is open for recordings.
